A MESSAGE FROM MARK ILOTT

I have recently joined Ram International with the daunting responsibility of heading-up their Cricket Sales Division to grow as quickly as possible into the size of their Rugby Division, which currently sells to over 2000 Rugby Clubs and Rugby Playing Schools in the UK.

After 15 years as a professional Cricketer, and having represented England five times in Test Matches, I am delighted to be able to bring my experience to Ram - their ‘one-stop’ Cricket Shop was a great success in its inaugural year and now, with many improved and many new products, I believe Ram will become the choice of literally hundreds of Cricket Clubs and Cricket Playing Schools.

In this introduction last year, Nasser Hussain (one of Rams Shareholder’s) stated: “These are positive times for English Cricket and 2005 will be particularly exciting with a tremendous English squad about to retrieve the Ashes! Let’s get as many youngsters as possible playing Cricket to help retain those Ashes in the future”.

He was so right! I am hoping that many more youngsters will start to play Cricket and help us retain those Ashes for years to come. Happy Cricketing
